Sea Glass Island - A Must See!

This was our favorite part of our trip to Aruba. Never seen anything like it, sea glass as far as the eye can see and beautiful coral, rocks, mangroves, amazing scenery. 7 shades of blue water, and succulents everywhere. Beautiful!

Book this adventure now!

The view from the glass isle was beautiful and we got more out of it than expected, great tour guide, snack and water included and took home some cool pieces of glass. We like to go mining at home, this felt like that plus the kayaking was really relaxing. Highly recommended!

If you’re a fan of seaglass, this is a must see!!

This is a must see if you’re a seaglass fan! Phillip and his friend (I can’t remember his name) were wonderful! They both helped my mom and I learn how to paddle and helped us with the kayak. The journey there was beautiful as we got some great facts and saw different places. Both guides were very funny. We were given water and snacks for the excursion. This is definitely something I would do again.

Awesome adventure

Darrell made our experience very enjoyable and shared a lot of knowledge about the island. After our tour was finished Darrell and his boss waited with us until our ride returned to pick us up. I would highly recommend this tour.

Seaglass Fans!

We are from the Jersey Shore and it was like we were picking up GOLD!! We brought back several lbs w/out putting a dent on the island. Little challenging getting out there with the winds. Our transfer Clariza was awesome too!

Beautiful island. Kayaking was not easy but still fun

We met our guide Phillip, next to the flying fishbone. Very attentive and kind. Gave a brief overview on how to kayak. Life jackets, water, and packaged nuts were provided. There were a total of 4 tourists when I went. One person did a single kayak. The other three did double kayaks. Phillip stayed beside us the whole time. Getting to the island was hard work. It was very windy. We ended up getting out in the mangroves just short of the pier. We had to walk in the water and pull the kayak. Paddling up stream w the wind blowing toward us was a feat. It took about 15 minutes. Going back was much easier as we had the wind behind us. It took 5 minutes to return. The sun was starting to set as we returned. So it was a beautiful view and very fun experience. The island is lovely. Layers and layers of sea glass. Mostly white, green and brown. We found a small purple, red and blue. We stayed on the island about 60-90 minutes. It was the perfect amount of time. Definitely a 5 star experience but I wouldn’t recommend it for those who are not comfortable kayaking in the ocean.

Very nice island!

Very accessible via kayak, snorkeling! Wouldn’t recommend swimming without fins, the current is sometimes a bit much

Incredible adventure with an amazing guide!

I am awful with remembering names (thus why I am posting a pic of the tour guide). Our guide was wonderful! He had a great sense of humor. You could tell he cared deeply for the ecology of the beautiful island. Seaglass Island did not disappoint. I was in awe of the amount of seaglass! Such amazing adventure!

Great time

Great fun regardless of whether you collect sea glass. Fun kayaking, beautiful scenery, nice guides and just the right amount of time. And if you enjoy collecting sea glass, holy cow this is heaven on earth. The pictures don’t do it justice.
